I thought I was immune. Isn't it funny how wrong a person can be? I've been bitten by the Button Bug!
I started this business as an innocent extension of my love of all things crafty. I've been sewing and crafting since I was 8, and I started marketing my crafts as a way to pay my way for all of the extracurricular activities I was involved in school. I went door to door, selling and taking orders for crafts my mom and grandma's taught me.
It wasn't until many years later (never mind how many), when we moved to Colorado, that the Button Fever took over my life (just ask my husband!). I started selling my buttons and products at Quilt and Sewing shows. I joined my local, State, and the National Button Society. I now give lectures and classes, and I have written 2 books and numerous articles about buttons! This web site is a way for me to reach out to all of you and share my love for buttons.
On the personal side, I am married to the most wonderful, patient and loving man on the planet, Stephen. We have 3 grown children, all 3 of whom have served their Country in the military. I am a very blessed woman!
